CIGAR FACTORY ARTIST STUDIOS
The Alternative Gallery is housed in the Cigar Factory Artist Studios on 4th & Tilghman Streets in Allentown, PA.
The building features gallery space, performance spaces, classrooms, fine art print shop, wood shop, retail spaces & over 40 artist studios.
Studios vary in size from 200 sq. ft. to 800 sq. ft. and start around $300 per month. These are working studios only, no residential space available.

Studios are for artists and art workspaces only, no business offices that are non-art related.
Studios are workspaces only, no live/work spaces available.
Due to their design, studios are not suitable for music production and/or sound recording.
Tattooing cannot be done within the studio spaces.
There are sinks in the hallways for cleaning brushes and art materials, but no running water within studios.
Currently there are no available Retail Spaces.
Currently there are no available Band Practice Spaces.
